The protocol regarding the scholarship quota for the 2025–2026 academic year between Sarbak Foundation and ITU Foundation was approved on 15 September 2025 with the participation of Mr. Serdar Bilgi, Secretary General of the ITU Foundation, and his deputy Ms. Cansu Alp; Ms. Arzu Kantay, President of the Sarbak Foundation; Ms. Meliha Halıgür, Vice President; and Board Members Mr. İbrahim Halıgür, Mr. Tuğhan Özçamsırtı and Ms. Özlem Şencan.
