Each Sarbak Metal A.Ş. employee tries to do his/her job in a timely, correct manner that does not need to be corrected later. Quality is the duty of everyone in this sense. Our aim is to meet customer needs and expectations with the lowest cost and within the required delivery time and to provide continuity in quality and reliability. In order to achieve this goal, Sarbak Metal A.Ş. has adopted the principle of being in harmony with all its employees and the organizations it works with and in this direction it gives importance to education, business association and mutual respect more than anything else. While the quality management system, which was established in line with the objectives we have determined, aims to establish and improve the conditions that will create quality, it also regards the protection of the environment during its works as a responsibility towards the collective society it lives in and as a necessity of respect within the concept of modern management.

Sarbak Metal top management, provides the necessary time, knowledge, training, money, tool-equipment, workforce and supervision mechanisms to achieve all these objectives. Through the in-house controls, the quality system and its effectiveness are periodically audited and revised if necessary.
