The new lead-free brass alloy, represented by the symbol CuZn42Al, got approval from German Federal Environmental Agency (UBA) for entering the UBA List and Hygienic List. Also, made an application for entering TS EN 1982 Copper and Copper Alloys Comply with Ingots and Casting Standards, which will be revised.
